A Third Culture Menu
Zaynab Issa, beloved recipe developer, author of and food editor at Bon Appetit, is collaborating with online farmer's market Farm to People on her first pop-up dinner, bookable exclusively through Resy. Inspired by her own culinary heritage and forthcoming cookbook, the third culture menu blends the flavors of the Middle East, India, and East Africa. A portion of the proceeds from the evening with be donated to Pillars of Peace, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic and gender-based violence.
Bookings offer access to Zaynab's à la carte menu. Natural wine, local craft beer, and craft non-alcoholic drinks will be available for sale.
