About the Chefs:
Tony is a cook and multidisciplinary culinary artist from Northern California. Tony utilizes ancestral Mexican techniques learned on his grandparents ranch and combines them with the skills he has developed throughout his culinary career. The menu will showcase farm style Californian Mexican cuisine with an emphasis on fusing ancestral and modern technique. Tony will also be joined by two amazing chef collaborators - Pri Aguilar and Romina Ruiz!
Pri is a queer Peruvian-American, storyteller and culinary artist. Their food is centered around comfort food juxtaposed with seasonal ingredients and influence of the Latin American diaspora.
Raised on the border of Tijuana-San Diego, Romina Ruiz shares her Mexican heritage by celebrating traditional flavors, colors, and textures with an innovative twist.
