Natoora x Nico Villaseñor Warehouse Dinner

Warehouse Dinners are back, with Nico Villasenor of Fradei taking over the kitchen. Formerly of The Four Horsemen and Place des Fêtes, Nico will be serving a menu showcasing his diverse style and pastry skills. Fiercely seasonal, Nico’s cooking reflects his roots in Northern California and lets produce shine. His menu will feature the best of peak summer fruit and veg in the walk-in right now — dishes include raw scallop on the shell with Honeymoon Melon Leche de Tigre alongside Heirloom Tomatoes with smoked-eel mayo. 20% of ticket proceeds go to Natoora Farm Fund, an ongoing project to raise capital for the next generation of growers, farming projects, and communities whose methods offer valuable alternatives to the intensive farming systems that are depleting our ecosystems and human health.
